Rev. Can. Moses Matonya serves as the General Secretary of Christian Council of Tanzania (CCT). Previously he had served as Assistant Lecturer in the School of Theology and Religious Studies at St John's University of Tanzania, as Principal of Msalato Theological College, as Dean of Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in the Anglican Diocese of Central Tanganyika and as the Principal of Kondoa Bible School. He holds a BA in Theology from Trinity College in Bristol, UK, an MA in Contemporary Mission Studies from All Nations Christian College, Hertfordshire, UK and is currently pursuing PhD studies at Liverpool Hope University in Liverpool, UK. He and his wife, Ruth, have five children.
