For 27 years, Brett has used behavior analytic principles to create large-scale change across school districts and businesses using the principles of organizational behavior management (OBM). Brett has been an instructor at West Virginia University, a guest lecturer at numerous universities, a speaker on multiple Comcast Newsmakers TV programs, has publications in The Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, and has won awards in executive leadership positions across schools and residential programs nationwide.
As a behavioral scientist, Dr. Paul Gavoni has worked in education and human services for over two decades, serving in a variety of positions, including: COO, Director of School Improvement, Leadership Director, Professor, Assistant Principal, School Turnaround Manager, Clinical Coordinator, Therapist, and Behavioral Analyst. As founder of Heart & Science, LLC., Dr. Gavoni passionately uses Applied Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management strategies to establish positive, engaging environments that bring out the best in people. Dr. Gavoni is a former fighter and highly respected coach in combat sports. Coach "Paulie Gloves" - his handle in the Mixed Martial Arts community - has trained world champions and UFC vets using technologies rooted in the behavioral sciences.
