Ryan Verniere came of age during the era of Stranger Things, the 1980s, during which his parents fostered his love for art and an insatiable appetite for fantasy. He currently lives in Los Angeles, where he hosts bi-weekly game nights and spends quality time with his dogs, all while constructing the SUPER BUNKER from which their gang of mutant raiders will pillage the ruins of the day-world after the "big one" hits. His credits include the Adult Swim animated series Tigtone, a gory spoof of the medieval fantasy genre, the global phenomenon League of Legends, and the MoMA (NYC) inducted sci-fi game EVE Online. John Chambers is an ENnie-award-winning game writer and editor. He's worked at a myriad of well-known game companies (White Wolf, CCP, Blizzard, and Riot Games) and worked on some of the biggest properties in gaming (Diablo, Exalted, Heroes of the Storm, League of Legends, League of Legends: Wild Rift, Legends of Runeterra, Scion, Teamfight Tactics, Valorant, and Vampire: The Masquerade). Originally from Georgia, John now resides in sunny Southern California. He still finds it shocking he gets to make games for a living. Edward Austin Hall co-edited the 2013 anthology Mothership: Tales from Afrofuturism and Beyond, which The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction suggested, in 2015, might be "one of the most important sf anthologies of the decade." That estimation resonated in 2021, when Mothership appeared in a story headlined "Sci-Fi Has Changed A Lot In The Past Decade-These 7 Reads Will Show You How," which ran on NPR.org's main page. Hall's first novel, Dread Isle, was published by Gumbohaus in December 2020. His new novelette, Green Treacheries, is set to appear in the MVmedia anthology Terminus 2 in 2022. Daniel D. Fox is a game designer and winner of two gold ENNIE Awards at Gen Con for Best Game and Product of the Year with his fantasy horror game ZWEIHANDER RPG. He has since created Main Gauche, Dark Astral, Flames of Freedom Grim & Perilous RPG, Fever Knights RPG, ZWEIHANDER Fantasy Horror RPG Starter Kit, and produced Blackbirds RPG, Eternal Night of Lockwood, and To Be Or Not To Be A Villain. When Daniel isn't designing tabletop role-playing games or board games, he's enjoying his other favorite hobby: cafe racer motorcycles. He lives in the City of Fountains with his wife Ali and their two young kobolds. |
