Spencer Fleury is the author of the novel How I'm Spending My Afterlife and the short story collection I Blame Myself But Also You (and other stories). He is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and served aboard the cutter Campbell. Originally from the Detroit suburbs, he spent most of his life in Florida and California before relocating to Portugal, where he now lives and writes.
